ES&S Shipping and Return Policies
Most items will ship within one week from the date you place your order, unless otherwise noted on product page. ES&S products are priced F.O.B. shipping point. Freight charges will be calculated upon checkout.
ES&S makes every effort to package all products properly for safe shipment. For your protection, we suggest you inspect all items upon receipt of order. In the event any items were damaged during shipment, please record any damages on the delivery receipt, and file a claim with the delivery carrier.
CREDIT & EXCHANGE POLICY
ES&S wants to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We will, within 30 days of receipt of your order, promptly issue a credit or exchange products that do not meet your needs. Please call 877.377.8683, Option 1, to receive a Return Authorization Number.
FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Credits: ES&S will credit the full amount of the product, including shipping.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE:
Exchanges: ES&S will gladly exchange your product. Any price difference will be reflected on your account. Exchanged product will ship prepaid.
Credits: ES&S will credit the amount of the product, less a 15% restocking fee and less any applicable shipping charges.
Exchanges: ES&S will gladly exchange your product. Any price difference, a 15% restocking fee, and applicable freight charges will be reflected on your account.
ES&S CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED.
